2026 Masters Golf Tournament Giveaway Official Rules

CONTEST DESCRIPTION:
Red Hawk Golf and Resort will be giving away a trip for two to the 2026 Masters Golf Tournament (the “Masters Trip Giveaway”). The Masters Trip Giveaway is for two days and two nights between Thursday, April 9th, 2026 – Sunday, April 12th, 2026.

No Purchase or Obligation Necessary to enter or win.

The “Administrator” of this contest is Red Hawk Golf and Resort, and they can be contacted at: Red Hawk Golf and Resort, 6600 North Wingfield Parkway, Sparks, Nevada, 775-626-6000 or redhawkgolfandresort.com. This giveaway is not sponsored by The Masters Tournament.

  1. Eligibility:
    • Age Restriction: All entrants must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Residency: All entrants must be a current resident of California or Nevada. The Masters Trip Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation in the Masters Trip Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrators’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Masters Trip Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Rules.
    • Employee and Family Exclusion: Employees of Red Hawk Golf and Resort and their immediate family members or any promotional partners are not eligible to win. For the purposes of this contest, immediate family members mean spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses.
  2. Entry Methods/ Registration:
    • Onsite: Anyone eligible can enter one time per week on-site in the Pro Shop at Red Hawk Golf and Resort, 6600 North Wingfield Parkway, Sparks, Nevada, between April 7, 2025 and December 31st, 2025, no purchase necessary.
    • One winner will be drawn from all qualifying entries on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026.
  3. Promotional Period:
    • The Contest for the Masters Trip Giveaway will begin April 7, 2025 and end December 31st, 2025. The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, and notified by telephone and e-mail.
  4. Prize Details:
    • The winner will win a trip to the 2026 Masters Golf Tournament and will receive the following:
      Trip for two (2) for either Thursday and Friday; or Saturday and Sunday, the Final round of the 2026 Masters Golf Tournament; Round trip airfare for two (2); Two (2) night stay in Augusta, Georgia; Two (2) two-day passes to the Masters Golf Tournament, plus VIP Hospitality; Airport and event transfers in Georgia; 24/7 travel support. Estimated value of the prize is $10,500.
      The winner will be drawn Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, and notified by telephone and/or email.
      The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
      This prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. Publicity Release:
    • The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities and agree to have their name, likeness, and/or image used in advertising and promotional materials.
  6. Eligibility Restrictions:
    • The Red Hawk Golf and Resort Masters Trip Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Nevada and California, who are at least 21 years of age. Void where prohibited. The Masters Trip Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Masters Trip Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrators decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Masters Trip Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Rules.
    • Employees of Red Hawk Golf and Resort and its subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, advertisers, promotional partners, and members of their immediate families or those living in the same households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in or win this Masters Trip Giveaway contest.
  7. General Conditions:
    • Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify the Masters Trip Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Administrators reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Masters Trip Giveaway, as determinate by Administrator in its sole discretion. In such an event, the Administrator reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Master Trip Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Master’s Trip Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Administrators’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    • Red Hawk Golf and Resort is not responsible for issues such as event cancellations, travel restrictions, or other situations that might affect prize availability.
    • Red Hawk Golf and Resort is not responsible for problems that might arise with participation, such as technical issues with the entry website.
    • By Receipt of any prizes, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Administrator, Red Hawk Land Company, LLC dba Red Hawk Golf and Resort, and each of their managers, members, subsidiaries and affiliated entities under common ownership and control, as well as any promotional partners, and each of the foregoing entities’ parent, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claims or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Masters Trip Giveaway or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Masters Trip Giveaway, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy.
    • Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized the Masters Trip Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Masters Trip Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Masters Trip Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Masters Trip Giveaway or receipt or use of any prizes or while traveling to or from any prize-related activity. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Masters Trip Giveaway, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of The Master Trip Giveaway for any reason. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded in the event that production, technical, seeing, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as outlined in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, the Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
  8. Disputes:
    • Entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Masters Trip Giveaway or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the State District Court in Washoe County, Nevada; (ii) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Master Trip Giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expense, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Masters Trip Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether for the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada

  10. Advertising Disclosures:
