Cardio/Jump Reformer Pilates:
Jumpboard is a dynamic Reformer workout designed to keep your heart rate elevated while building and toning your body with the unique benefits of Pilates. This class focuses on utilizing the Reformer’s Jump Board to keep students in constant motion and energized throughout the session. It combines various exercises that increase and maintain your heart rate over a prolonged period, incorporating tools such as Bosu balls, weights, and resistance bands to enhance the workout.
Advanced Reformer Pilates
As you progress through our Pilates program, exercises become more complex and challenging, demanding greater strength, flexibility, and control. Movements such as the plank, side plank, pull-ups, and push-ups showcase an increased range of motion and endurance, pushing your limits and enhancing your overall physical capability.
