Cancellations- Standard Reservations
Cancellations must be made by 3:00pm 72 hours prior to arrival via email (preferred) at frontdesk@resortatredhawk.com or by phone (775) 626-6000. A cancellation confirmation will be sent for all cancellations. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in a charge equivalent to a one (1) night stay, per reservation confirmed. No shows will be charged an amount equivalent to a one (1) night stay, per reservation confirmed. Cancellation policies apply if a reservation is modified within the cancellation period; if the total number of room nights goes down, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to a one (1) night stay. Late arrivals or early departures will be charged the full rate for the scheduled stay. Once checked-in, early departures are charged for the entire length of the original reservation, refunds are not given after check-in if the guest chooses to leave early. Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. * For group reservations of (3) rooms or more, please refer to the group policy for the applicable cancellation policy.
Cancellations – Group Reservations (3+ rooms)
Three or more rooms, either booked together or individually by parties traveling together or for an event, constitute a group reservation. A cancellation confirmation will be sent for all cancellations. Guarantee Policy
Reservation must be guaranteed by a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover) at the time of booking. The credit card on file will not be charged until the time of check-in. If you wish to have a different card charged at check-in, you must notify the front desk before check-in. If you will be arriving after 5:00pm, the card on file will be charged. We cannot reverse charges once they have been processed. We are unable to take multiple credit cards or payment types for one room.
Check-In
Check-in is between the hours of 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM only. Guests must call in advance for other arrangements. Check-ins before 3:00 PM are subject to availability, please call after 12pm on the day of your arrival to inquire if your room may be ready for an early check in. Once checked-in, early departures are charged for the entire length of the original reservation, refunds are not given after check-in if the guest choses to leave early.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur an additional charge.
Noise and Party Policy
Out of respect for all guests, we enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. If we receive a noise complaint about your room, resulting in compensation to the disturbed parties, you will be liable for the additional costs with a minimum charge of $50. Only registered guests are allowed in hotel rooms. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.
Pets
Only service animals (as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act) are allowed in our facilities. All other animals are prohibited.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside any room, this includes all forms of vaping and e-cigarettes. If a smoking violation occurs in a room, the Guest will be charged a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Barbecues are not allowed inside the room or out on the patio area.
The Resort Front Desk
Front Desk hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm seven days a week. If you plan to check-in after hours, please contact the Front Desk to make arrangements ahead of arrival, (775) 626-6000.
