Meet the Team at Red Hawk

John Viscontti
General Manager
John grew up in San Diego, where he graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration. He began his golf career at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, CA, and has since worked for several prestigious management companies, including Landmark Golf, Suncor, Hilton, Marriott, Troon, and TPC.
John’s career also includes international experience in Latin America, where he served as General Manager before spending seven years as Director of Business Development for Greg Norman’s Great White Shark Enterprises and Greg Norman Golf Course Design. Later, John became the General Manager at Coyote Ridge Golf Club in Texas before moving to the Sparks area.
In his free time, John enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with his wife and family.

Ron Gribble
Director of Resort Maintenance and Agronomy
Ron has had a distinguished 38-year career in the golf industry, beginning at the age of 12 in Winnemucca, NV, where he started by handpicking range balls, cleaning carts, and maintaining restrooms. Since June 2002, Ron has been employed at Red Hawk Golf and Resort, where he currently serves as the Superintendent, Director of Resort Maintenance, and Director of Agronomy.
Throughout his career, he has contributed significantly to the development of several Northern Nevada golf courses, including serving as the Grow-in/Construction Superintendent for Genoa Lakes, Toiyabe, and Wolf Run. In addition to his roles at Red Hawk, Ron has been the Director of the Orr Ditch Water Company since 2005.
A resident of Wingfield Springs since 2001, Ron is deeply connected to the local community. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys attending Wolf Pack games, camping, and traveling, making the most of his time away from Red Hawk. Ron’s vast experience and dedication to his craft make him a respected figure in the golf industry and the Northern Nevada community.

Stacy Dunster
Director of HR and Club Operations
Stacy was born in Concord, CA, and has called Sparks home for the past 24 years. Stacy’s career in Human Resources began in 2002 when she started as an HR assistant for a large retail chain, where she discovered her passion for the field. In 2009, she transitioned into the hospitality industry at a local casino, where she had the opportunity to learn from incredible mentors. Now, as the Director of Human Resources and Club Operations at Red Hawk, Stacy is thrilled to combine her expertise in both HR and hospitality.
Stacy is married and enjoys spending quality time with her three grown daughters, one grandson, and two energetic dogs. In her free time, Stacy loves camping, attending concerts, traveling, and being with her family.

Stephanie Huotari
Director of Sales and Food and Beverage
With over 25 years of expertise in the Event Sales industry, Stephanie has built a career rooted in food and beverage management and a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences.
Stephanie spent five years as the Director of Sales and Food & Beverage at D’Andrea Golf Club, where she honed her leadership skills and refined her commitment to excellence—qualities that continue to shape her approach to event sales today. She joined the Red Hawk Golf and Resort team in 2017, and she has been an integral part of growing the Events and Food and Beverage business at Red Hawk. Stephanie thrives on creating tailored experiences that leave a lasting impact, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her son, three daughters, and a close-knit group of friends and family.

Arlan Robinson
Director of Security
Arlan was born in Colorado Springs, CO, and grew up in the Reno-Sparks area. He later moved to Oregon to pursue his dream of becoming a firefighter. Through dedication and hard work, he achieved his goal and served as a Firefighter/EMT for 12 years. After his service, Arlan returned to Reno-Sparks to transition into a new career and be closer to his family.
Arlan then began his career in Security and Safety. With over 25 years of experience, he has gained extensive operational expertise in Public Security, Private Security, OSHA Safety, and Radio Communications. Arlan holds numerous certifications in Security and Safety and has a deep understanding of security procedures and responsibilities.
Arlan started with Red Hawk Golf and Resort during its early days, and he takes great pride in watching it grow into a successful and renowned location for golf enthusiasts.
Outside of work, Arlan has a passion for Amateur Radio (Ham Radio). He is a proud member of Amateur Radio Emergency Services in Washoe County. Arlan enjoys taking photographs, flying his drone, and exploring the diverse landscapes of Nevada. He is also dedicated to volunteering his time with radio communications at various events and organizations. During the summer months, Arlan can often be found by the barbecue grill, enjoying time with his wife and two daughters.

Casey Finch
Director of Golf
Casey is a graduate of Texas Tech University, he went on to earn a degree in golf club operations, along with teaching certification and player credentials from the Golf Academy of America. Casey relocated to Sparks in 2021 where he started his career with Red Hawk Golf and Resort.
Casey has over 25 years of experience in the golf industry, working his way up from shop assistant to 1st Assistant, Head Professional (HP), Assistant General Manager (AGM), and ultimately Director of Golf (DOG).
Outside of his professional life, Casey is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys fishing, camping, hunting, and staying active with various sports.
